Ms Linia Patel is a fully qualified Dietician with yeas of training working in London. After having completed two degrees in Capetown, one in Nutrition and Dietetics, and one in Biochemistry and Physiology, Linia progressed on to gain extensive experience in various different nutritional settings. She first began her career working as a Clinical Dietitian in Capetown, where she also began providing sport-specific nutritional consultancy services to both recreational/elite level athletes and sports teams, after which she then moved to London.
Linia then studied a Masters at Kings College, after which she took up various Public Nutrition roles in East London. Linia then took up a position as a Performance Dietitian at a leading London health and fitness consultancy. Here, she gained a keen interest in the role of nutrition in injury, stress and burnout. More recently, Linia has been working as a Freelance Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist, while also being involved in various sporting, corporate and public health projects, both in the UK and internationally.
Linia is committed to helping people understand the impact their diet has on their health and will help them take small steps in order to change their eating habits and improve their diet. Importantly, Linia does not believe in taking a ‘one size fits all’ approach, but sees everyone as an individual and helps them get the results they want through a variety of methods, ensuring she is able to create the best plan for each individual client.
