Samantha Farag is a highly experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist, with over 25 years of experience in the field. After starting her career in counselling in mental health charities and educational settings, Samantha was inspired by the power of therapy to help others lead a fulfilling life. This led her to extend her training to become a qualified psychologist.

With over 15 years of experience as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, Samantha is an expert in psychological assessments and therapy for adults and couples. She is also trained in occupational, personality, and ADHD testing and assessments.

Samantha's main therapeutic approaches include Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness therapies, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has worked as a Clinical Team Leader in an NHS Talking Therapy Service and for 10 years in a private Harley Street clinic.
