Miss Muzaffar was trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Wessex deanery and in advanced urogynaecology and vaginal surgery. Her practices include the treatment of women with urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other bladder disorders that include recurrent urinary tract infections and cystitis. Besides, she offers a complete gynaecological service that includes one-stop services for post-menopausal bleeding, endometrial ablation for heavy periods, surgery for dyspareunia secondary to childbirth trauma and lichen sclerosis. Likewise, Miss Muzaffar treats conditions that include endometriosis, dyspareunia, period problems and pelvic pain.

She is fully accredited in gynaecological ultrasound and provides this service at Sarum Road Hospital. She is with Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust, Winchester, as a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist. She is the lead for the perineal clinic at HHFT, Winchester and HHFT, Basingstoke, where she is into the management of patients with bowel dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, uterovaginal prolapsed, 3rd and 4th-degree tears and sexual dysfunction after childbirth. Part of her offerings in this clinic is endo-anal USS facilities.

As regards research efforts and audit work, she has publications and has been to national and international events for presentations. Miss Muzaffar earned an MSc in Quality and Safety in healthcare with distinction at Imperial College London. She speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, and Kashmiri fluently.
