Professor Ash Mosahebi, Consultant Plastic surgeon currently works within the Royal Free London NHS Trust. He is highly experienced in carrying out body sculpturing, breast re-shaping, full-body lifting, thigh lifts, and facelifts. He is has had speciality training in facial rejuvenation in both surgical and non-surgical techniques. He sees patients in a private practice setting across London.
Professor Ash Mosahebi graduated in 1995 from Guy's and St Thomas's Medical School in Medicine. He then proceeded to take specialist training in plastic surgery in several highly prestigious UK hospitals. He was the very first surgeon to perform Vaser liposuction in the UK.
Professor Mosahebi is an active member of the research community resulting in numerous publications within medical journals. Currently, he is involved in a clinical trial in which they are testing a novel procedure to create new tissues through new biomaterials and tissue engineering. He also is currently the deputy editor for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery. He is also a well-respected educator, as a Trainer for the Royal College of Surgeons in cosmetic surgery. As a prominent voice within his field, he regularly does interviews on the TV, appearing on the BBC one show to carry out breast reconstructive procedures. He is also a BAAPS spokesperson and is regularly asked for commentary on plastic surgery matters.
