Very professional, yet friendly. Appreciated the expedient manner in which Professor Reid responded, directly himself, to my queries and requests. Always provided clear and comprehensive evaluations and explanations.

This is the second consultation I have had with Professor Reid. Once again, Professor Reid ensured that I was fully informed about my treatment, and he was happy to answer any of my questions. Professor Reid is a most courteous man, with a kind and sunny disposition, who treats his Patients with care and respect.

Professor Reid is an extremely knowledgeable doctor but does not speak down to you or make you feel stupid. He explained in great detail my test results and my diagnosis' which I was very interested to hear and it answered my many questions. I am so grateful to him for spending so much time as my case is very complex but I did not feel rushed at any point. Both Professor Reid and his secretary had outstanding communication before and after my appointment. I was able to send over scans, reports and letters and Professor Reid read these before my appointment which was very helpful and for me, it was lovely to be able to 'fill in the blanks' rather than having to explain my entire medical history! His secretary gave me extremely prompt answers to any questions I had. I got an appointment quickly and at a date and time that suited me extremely well. I got my clinic letter within 24 hours which was amazing and the advice that Professor Reid has given me and my local medical team is invaluable and has ensured the treatment that I get is the one most appropriate for me and this then means my quality of life is sustained. Thank you so much
Wow - I am extremely grateful for this very full and positive feedback. I have a spring in my step this evening! Many thanks

Professor Reid's kindness and care are absolutely unparalleled. His manner is gentle, constructive and supportive and this made me feel so much better. On top of that ,not only did he see me during lockdown but he insisted on collecting the osteoporosis medicine from the pharmacy himself in order to minimise any risk to me! Really could not do better.
You are most welcome - it was a true pleasure to assist with your osteoporosis treatment
