Professor Howard Branley was absolutely wonderful. He genuinely cared, he was professional, extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient. I felt 100% that I was in the best hands. Having a nodule on one’s lung can be petrifying and Professor Branley, discussed it all in depth and suggested all my options clearly and concisely so that I could understand. He also followed up pretty much immediately with a zoom again to discuss options and to reassure that he would do his utmost for me. I can’t recommend this gentleman highly enough. He is truly excellent in his field! He also had a fantastic PA called Janine, she was so incredibly accommodating, compassionate, caring, professional and efficient. A pleasure to deal with thank you both so much!

I was referred to Professor Branley for help with breathlessness which was potentially being caused by a number of factors. I found the Professor to be very approachable, he listened attentively and asked good questions. In addition to that, he gave me plenty of time, not always the case with consultants, and methodically assessed the clues I had given him which we hoped would help diagnose the problem. Tests were swiftly arranged and a follow up meeting arranged. The conclusions were presented in language the layman could understand, a treatment plan set up and realistic expectations given as to the management of the problem. A follow up letter to my GP was swiftly dispatched. All in all I thought Howard Branley and excellent and would recommend him highly.

I found Professor Branley to be very personable, he took time to explain my scan, showing me the images as he explained and made it very easy for me to understand and also very re-assuring, as there was a concern beforehand that there was a serious issue. However, he also helped me to be calm in the interim leading up to the results.

I felt listened to. I felt that he had time for me. He was warm, engaged with my symptoms, and proposed a way forward with which I felt comfortable. In short, I was reassured and felt I was in good hands.

Professor Branley was incredibly warm, disarming and charming. He eased me into the consultation, sparing no effort to explain, in detail, every potential process. He was fantastic!

I immediately felt at ease as I started to talk to Dr. Branley. You can tell he takes the concerns of his patient to heart. He was very structured and thorough in understanding my health history by asking questions. I had sent him previous health history/test, but he purposely didn't review them so it doesn't taint his investigation, which I appreciated. Professor Branley is great should you be looking for someone that is knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful.
Thanks for your kind review. You're right - I prefer to look at previous data after I have spoken with you so as to review everything with a fresh pair of eyes.
