Prof Ian Pearce is a Consultant Urological Surgeon in Manchester specialising in andrology (men's health). Ian qualified from University of Nottingham Medical School in 1993. He then went on to train in North West and was appointed Consultant Urological Surgeon at Manchester Royal Infirmary in 2002.

Prof Pearce is currently Head of Surgery at Manchester Royal Infirmary and is Treasurer and Trustee of the British Association of Urological Surgeon (BAUS) committees. He is an examiner for the FRCS(Urol) and is the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Clinical Journal of Urology.

Ian's knowledge in men's health encompasses all aspects of erectile dysfunction and penile curvature (Peyronies disease). His expertise in functional urology also includes female urinary incontinence and urinary tract infection.

Prof Pearce has published over 100 papers on urology and has lectured extensively across the globe. He is Honorary Professor at the University of Salford and honorary senior lecturer at the University of Manchester.
