Explanation

The care Professor Moore has given to my husband and myself has been wonderful. When my husband was going to have his liver biopsy, we had questions, and we email him, within hours he had replied, and put our mind at rest. Later on when my husband was in ICU in the Royal Free, he phoned our home to find out what had happened. Also when l was confused about my husband treatment l email him in the middle of the night, and he email at 8.30am, and met me at the hospital at 2pm, and talked me through what was happening. We have nothing but good thinks to say about Professor Moore ‘s care and treatment.

Explanation

I was asked to see Dr Moore he has gone above and beyond any specialist I have ever met. No matter what time you email, phone, text him he is back to you ASAP and I’m still ongoing with Dr Moore. I never thought I would say this but to him you are a person and not just a NHS number and you don’t have to wait 6 weeks to get a response. And he understands I’m also waiting for another huge operation for something else that I’m desperate for and he has gone and done things to help me to get moving forward as quickly as possible to get me there. He is extremely professional, polite and very hard working to get you the best care and treatment. and no mucking about and gives you the explanation that you can understand not all medical terms. I’m extremely lucky and honoured to have been passed to Dr Moore.

Explanation

Amazing. Professor Moore is the first doctor my husband has seen in many years who has really listened to us and in my opinion wants to help and find out what is happening. Also having an email to contact a doctor is such an excellent idea. Thank you so much!
