About

Professor Limousin is a Consultant Neurologist with expertise in the diagnosis and management of movement disorders, in particular, Parkinson's disease, dystonia and tremor. She has worked at UCL Institute of Neurology since 1997 where she is Professor of Clinical Neurology and Consultant Neurologist. 

Her PhD topic was deep brain stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus as a treatment for Parkinson's disease. She has received international recognition for her work in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders and for her research in deep brain stimulation.
