Professor Till was quite possibly the most reassuring doctor I have ever spoken to. He explained things so clearly and in layman’s terms - but explained the science behind my symptoms too and I felt like received thorough explanations. He explained other peoples experiences and showed me examples which made me feel so much better about things and like I’m not alone. I have finally got answers for something I’ve been struggling with for years (skin issues) and have recently presented in other ways (lip swelling) and gave me so much reassurance. He could tell how anxious I was about my symptoms and so we also discussed my mental health which has helped me to realise I need to seek some treatments in this area. He genuinely cared about my overall health and well-being and I am so grateful.
