Very professional, considerate, and wonderful to feel he cared about my anxiousness on arrival. Fortunately my ultrasound proved there was nothing to worry about, but as always with all ages, the unknown is alway stressful.

I recently had a consultation and ultrasound with Professor Bourne, and was impressed not only by his expertise but also by his kindness and compassion. He was patient, explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to fit me in sooner for reassurance. His team, Vicky and Tiffany, are also professional and well organised. I am very grateful to professor Bourne and his team.

Tom Bourne is very professional, a good communicator and very experienced. He inspires confidence and exudes good judgment. My appointment went very well and an excellent level of care was provided. Report came through very quickly and follow up already agreed.

I have been a patient of Professor Bourne's since 2007, which is testament to the high opinion I have of his expertise, empathy and bedside manner. He responds swiftly to emails and is always a reassuring voice of calm. As far as the online presence of the Woman's Ultrasound Centre is concerned (which you mention specifically), I usually make my appointments directly with Parkside and have little contact with the Centre. Yesterday, two hours before my appointment, you sent me a reminder about the appointment, stating date and address but did not include the time, and warning me of the fees for cancellations made within less than 24 hours. This was not a helpful communication.
