Rujuta is professional and attentive. Takes the time to understand my pain/discomfort and adapts exercises to suit me and support my recovery.

Rujuta was friendly and very knowledgeable. Very understanding and made me feel reassured. Great explanation of the problem and Rujuta knew exactly what exercises are required to fix it. Overall excellent!

She was proactive and engaging ... didn't overwhelm my tween with information and encouraged her as she went through the exercises. Also didn't let her "get out of doing them properly"!

She was efficient friendly and kind. She worked with me slowly listening to my concerns and addressing them, tailoring my exercises to me. She helped with my pelvic girdle pain as well as my trochanteric bursitis pain after only a few sessions.

Rujuta is so enthusiastic and I feel like she genuinely cares about her clients which is really great. She has been so helpful and very clear at explaining what my injury is and how it has come about. She has shown a lot of interest in my various sporting events and is really easy to chat to. She is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Rujuta! I will definitely be back, although hopefully not with an injury! :-)

Very informative, understands how to progress the exercises to make a full recovery. The physio massages are quite intense but they certainly help with recovery
