I had been wanting to see Sonal for ages for various niggles but had not got round to it. Then I had no choice... a fall 2 weeks ago and I was struggling with not just the ankle I hurt, but my foot and hip too! Sonal was quick to work out what my long term issues were and help with the immediate ankle injury too. Can't wait to go back to get all the other bits sorted too! I wish I hadn't put it off for so long.

I can’t stress how obvious it seems now to see an Osteopath before trying physio. I came to Sonal riddled with injuries, having never seen an osteopath before. My injuries include my shoulder, neck and lower back, which have been a hindrance to my otherwise athletic and active lifestyle. To date I have tried treating my injuries and pains through physio and self-management. I simply gave Sonal a quick synopsis of my numerous problems, and I was surprised how quickly she pinpointed the various triggers, and started addressing them. Going to physios for over 2 years, they have not been able to do this as successfully, and not without sessions of trial and error. For me, Osteopathy definitely makes sense as a first step to solve the route cause of pains before starting physio for strengthening and rehabilitation. I’m not one to leave reviews often, but I had to for this.

Sonal was incredibly professional, comforting & caring. She is knowledgeable & offers valuable advice. My first time visiting her & it won’t be my last. I intend to see her at least once every couple of month as I spend a lot of time in my job hunched over. Sonal was able to instantly find my pain points & work on them to ease my tension. I could not believe the difference after just one session. I felt very much at ease in her capable hands & cannot wait for the next appointment! Thank you so much for helping to release some trauma that affected my body from years ago, as well as offering me some helpful tips to prevent my back/neck getting to that state again. I would 100% recommend Sonal over & over again. She’s a gem! Xx
