Excellent patient rapport. Put me at ease, was worriend about whole.process. Explained whole process, answered all of my question. Very professional. Fantastic to see he was able to pop to see me persosnally and discussed the in pro op and post.assrsment. Would recommend Mr Brock to anyone considering the Ramsay / Tees Valley Hospital

Very professional, empathetic to all questions and concerns. Excellent surgical team, and exemplary integration with the hospital ward, and other teams. I had a total left knee revision, and more recently, a total left hip replacement using MAKO.

Professional, knowledgeable and reassuring with simple explanations. Realistic aftercare advice given. Two major procedures (total hip replacements) carried out really well from my point of view with very quick recovery time for both. First class treatment.
