Very good and understanding

Mr Ridgeway communicated in a really clear and concise way, he was happy to go over anything I hadn’t understood the first time again or answer any questions I had. He reassured me that I would be taken care of by him and his team and put any anxiety I had at ease.

Mr Shaun explained the scans thoroughly and is making a 3 stage action plan but hopefully I will only need the first action in January 23. I expect the letter to advise me of the next steps shortly. I will need this to inform my insurance.

The first person I’ve dealt with who seemed to actually care and wanted to do something about my pain, rather than just get me out the door. Really great.
