Ms Zarfasheen Zia is a highly qualified Chartered MSK Physiotherapist and Women's Health Specialist. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, a Masters in Women's Health Physical Therapy, and a second degree in Applied Public Health from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).

With her comprehensive education and training, Ms Zia has acquired valuable expertise in various areas, including musculoskeletal injuries, evidence-based treatments, and women's health issues. She is knowledgeable in addressing concerns such as bowel and bladder incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunctions (such as dyspareunia and vaginismus), pre and post-natal rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and musculoskeletal problems related to pregnancy, such as back pain, pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
