Visited Professor Iain Bruce with my 16 year old daughter for osteoma removal. 
Professor Bruce was exactly what she needed. She was stressed and upset after a failed ear syringing appmnt found (and poorly communicated) the osteoma to her but he was not phased and clearly explained everything - putting it into perspective, formulating a plan, allaying her fears and making her feel safe & well looked after. So much so that despite having never been in hospital before and having quite a rare condition, she didn’t worry at all about the surgery or recovery at all as Professor Bruce had it covered. 
I feel very privileged to have been able to have professor Bruce treat my child and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
